14 days to change your mind

You can get a full refund within 14 days of buying a play code, as long as the code has not been redeemed (entered on our website). No reason needed.

A play code is digital content. Under EU and Danish law, the right to withdraw from a purchase of digital content ends once delivery has begun with your consent. When you buy, you agree that the case begins when you redeem your code, and that you then lose the right of withdrawal. Until then, you can always get your money back.

If something is wrong with the game

This is separate from the above and always applies: if the case doesn’t work as described and we can’t fix it, you are entitled to a remedy under Danish consumer law — including a refund — even if you have already started playing.

How to ask for a refund

Email everysuspectlies@outlook.com from the address you used at checkout, with your play code, and tell us you want to cancel your purchase. You can also use the form below, but you don’t have to.

We refund you within 14 days of receiving your request, to the same payment method you used, free of charge. The play code stops working when it is refunded.
